What is the starting price?
Residences start from AED 1,500,000, approximately USD 408,000. Prices and availability are subject to confirmation. Registration and other applicable costs are additional.
When are the 4% registration fees paid?
Under the stated commercial offer, the 4% registration charge is payable at handover. The stated pre-handover resale exemption must be confirmed in the SPA and resale conditions. It does not mean all resale costs are waived.
How does the payment plan work?
5% on booking, 55% during construction (15% at SPA signing and 40% at 1% per month), 10% at handover, then 30% over 20 months at 1.5% per month. The signed SPA determines the final dates and obligations.
Do I need payslips or proof of income?
The offer is a developer instalment plan, not a bank mortgage. A passport starts the process; payslips may not be needed for the plan, but the developer, bank or authorities may request identity, income or source-of-funds documents for compliance.
